In 2000 John Hatzis , chemical engineer , returns to the roots of his family tradition by constructing Winery in the position where he was until 1972 the last of the family vineyard Hatzis.
The Winery , modern , with a capacity of 700 hectoliters, processed grapes from vineyards owned and collaborators from the zone of OPAP Amynteo Xinomavro , Syrah and Riesling.


The philosophy of the winery is the preference for Greek varieties with emphasis on Local Area ( Xinomavro ) . The goal of the winery is to showcase the terroir of the region and especially Xinomavro
